Description
I live in a house together with my dogs and cats. There is a very big and beautiful park garden with a tiny fish pond and many wild birds. It's only 10 minutes from the closest town that has a supermarket, butcher, baker, dentist, doctor, sports stadium with pool etc. There are only 30 minutes to other bigger cities such as Cognac.

I speak Swedish and English fluently, German I manage quite ok and I understand and make my self understood in French. So I can help with practicing in those languages according to my education levels. I'm also educated in animal health care and I'm a dog trainer.
Help
I suffer a couple of handicaps and do need some help around the house and garden. In the house I need help with mopping floors, in the garden there's many bushes that needs cutting and the branches needing to be ridded. There are also other maintenance of the house and garden, normal chores around a property. I would also love to find someone with a real love for animals and preferably with vast knowledge of dogs, since I have several it's a little different than to care for one or two as a pack behaves a bit different in some situations.

I do speak a little french and i understand more than i speak. Would love to get a chance to practice more and to receive help in developing my skills.
Accommodation
I have a pretty glass veranda at one end of my house which is my guest room. There is a comfortable bed sofa as well as a resting chair and the best view over the garden. There is only one bathroom in the house but two toilets.

I do have 2 strict demands, you can not smoke because I'm asthmatic, and you must be completely ok with dogs living in the house as family members.
There are many things to see andvisit in this region, to do so you do need a car. I might be able to take you to some places but I need my car with me at all times due to my health. If possible I do enjoy seeing new things so am hoping that we can do some things together.

I have fiber but the french version which means it's through a cable mounted on the telephone poles... the speed is ok but far from the top. Usually it's possible to be online at the same time, watching 2 tv programs for ex, but it can sometimes be slower than payed for and then it lags. This is kind of the norm with internet in france, so it doesn't suit if you're needing very high speeds or a lot of giga at all times.
Space for parking camper vans
There is space to park a smaller campervan (not the modern big models) and have electricity. Water can be filled but the septic tank can not be emptied here.
