Description
Malo! My husband and I lived in Vava'u with our 3 boys for over 10 years - until COVID put our business old hold We re-opened last year and this is our final season. In our time on Fofoa we have self-built 3 houses. The main house (Happy 'api) is made from coconut wood felled from the island and is run entirely with solar and wind power (with back up generator). We also have an organic garden. Coral Cottage and The Beach House are 2 serviced holiday homes and we take our guests fishing, snorkel trips and , whalewatching/swimming with humpback whales (July-October).

Help
Hi - we're looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated, nature lovers who'd like to come and help us during our busy whalewatching season from July-oct 2024. we are looking for a sous chef to join our team.
If you would like any more information about any of the roles, please email me . We have been hosting volunteers from all over the world over the past 8 years and have found it to be a mutually valuable experience.
PLEASE: we are only looking for people who have travelled before, preferably over 25 and can commit for at least 4months. Due to the remoteness of our location we are also unable to cater to specific diets.Languages spoken

What else ...
We are a very relaxed family and because of our situation, plans don't always work out how you think they will! This position would really suit someone who is adaptable, independent and enjoys the natural environment.
We have kayaks, stand up paddle boards, and various other toys to enjoy the marine environment right on your doorstep. The lagoon offers gorgeous swimming and snorkelling. The island is big enough to explore and hike around. You will also be taken out on our swimming with the whales tours when space is available.A little more information
