Help with some gardening and other projects around our place near Port Alberni, Canada

Description

My wife Nadine and I enjoy growing veggies and flowers, watching movies and foraging in the forest for whatever is in season. We pick berries, mushrooms, and seasonal fruit. We own 1.5 acres of land we wish to convert into more gardens and orchard. We have a black lab, a mini schnauzer and a small cat.

What else ...

We live on the Sproat River close to the lake, walking trails, and right on the edge of the forest. Our house is near the highway leading to the West Coast and Tofino (about 1 hour).
