Hello! We are a family of five: 2 parents and 3 children aged 5, 3 and soon to be 2 years old. Add to that 1 dog, 2 cats, chickens and 2 sheep :) Our two eldest are schooled at home. My spouse works a lot outside. We are looking for one or more people who can take care of our children in order to free up time for me, 4 to 8 p.m. per week (we are flexible on the schedule). We can accommodate a family on our land, if you live in a motorhome or converted van, with the possibility of filling the water tanks and connecting to electricity. Bonjour! Nous sommes une famille de cinq: 2 parents et 3 enfants de 5 ans, 3 ans et bientôt 2 ans. S'joutent à cela 1 chien, 2 chats, des poules et 2 brebis :) Nos deux ainées font l'école à la maison. Mon conjoint travaille beaucoup à l'extérieur. Nous cherchons une ou des personnes pouvant s'occuper de nos enfants afin de me dégager du temps , 16h à 20h par semaine ( nous sommes souples sur le planning). Nous pouvons accueillir une famille sur notre terrain, si vous vivez en camping-car ou fourgon aménagé, avec possibilité de remplir les cuves d'eau et de vous brancher à l'électricité. Pour une personne seule, nous avons une chambre et une salle de bain libres à l'étage, dans notre maison. N'hésitez pas à nous contacter pour discuter de tout cela. We live in Loir et Cher, France, in the heart of the Loire castles. There are quite a few cultural visits to do in the area. Living close to our family is also a way to discover a way of practicing family education. We have an ecological masonry company, restoration of old buildings. We produce hemp insulation, for example, or even earthen plaster... it is possible to imagine that you could train yourself by observing/participating in construction sites, on days when you are not with the children.
If you have your vehicle converted, you can move into our grounds and benefit from water and electricity in exchange for your time with our children.
We can discuss everything so that we are all satisfied.

Nous habitons dans le Loir et Cher, en France, en plein cœur des châteaux de la Loire. Il y a pas mal de visites culturelles à faire dans le coin. Vivre proche de notre famille est aussi un moyen de découvrir une manière de pratiquer l'instruction en famille. Nous avons une entreprise de maçonnerie écologique, restauration du bâti ancien. Nous réalisons des isolations au chanvre par exemple, ou encore des enduits terre... il est possible d'imaginer que vous pourriez vous former en observant/participant aux chantiers, les jours où vous ne seriez pas avec les enfants.
Si vous avez votre véhicule aménagé, vous pourrez vous installer sur notre terrain et bénéficier de l'eau et de l'électricité en échange de votre temps avec nos enfants.
Nous pouvons discuter de tout pour que nous soyons tous satisfaits.

Help
We need someone who can look after our children 4 to 8 p.m. per week. At home, or sometimes outside. Eventually, it will sometimes be necessary to take care of the meal. You will also be responsible for storing activities undertaken with the children.
Nous avons besoin d'une personne pouvant s'occuper de nos enfants 16h à 20h par semaine. A la maison, ou parfois en sortie extérieure. Eventuellement, il sera parfois nécessaire de s'occuper du repas. Vous serez également responsable du rangement des activités entreprisent avec les enfants.

Concerning the education of our children: we respect their natural pace of learning. We are rather in the idea of a benevolent education, with a framework and rules of course. But with us, no blackmail, no punishment or corporal punishment for example.
Concernant l'éducation de nos enfants: nous respectons leur rythme naturel d'apprentissage. Nous sommes plutôt dans l'idée d'une éducation bienveillante, avec un cadre et des règles évidemment. Mais chez nous, pas de chantage, pas de punition ni de châtiment corporel par exemple.
