  From different corners of the world, Luke and Jenna met in Dubai, where their shared dream of opening a resort in Sri Lanka took root 💭
  
  Years of saving, relentless hard work, support from partners & stakeholders, and Luke's hands-on construction in Sri Lanka while Jenna returned to the UK to welcome their precious son Gabriel, have led them to this Resort.
  
  Through the trials of COVID and the challenging absence of tourism, their vision has come to life.
  
  They persisted, driven by the passion to create a sanctuary like no other. The Resort is a testament, born out of love, determination, and a relentless pursuit of blissful tranquility.

  We are a small local team that is ever growing and evolving as our development takes shape.
  
  We offer an excellent opportunity to interact directly with out team and the local community, and learn first hand about their culture and what it means to live in a small town in Sri Lanka.

  We want to create an amazing vibe at the Resort. Workawayers will help with guests and general hospitality. We also want our team to learn English so this is a huge plus!

  We are a short boat journey from one of the most beautiful parks in Sri Lanka, Wilpattu National Park.
  
  If you want to take a further journey to witness first hand Sri Lanka's culture, the following historical sites are a short drive away:
  - We are located 2 hours from Anuradhapura, one of the ancient capitals of Sri Lanka, famous for its well-preserved ruins of an ancient Sri Lankan civilization.
  - We are located 2.5 hours from Mihintale, a mountain peak near Anuradhapura in Sri Lanka. It is believed by Sri Lankans to be the site of a meeting between the Buddhist monk Mahinda and King Devanampiyatissa which inaugurated the presence of Buddhism in Sri Lanka. It is now a pilgrimage site, and the site of several religious monuments and abandoned structures.
  - We are located 3.5 hours from Sigriya, an ancient rock fortress located in the northern Matale District near the town of Dambulla in the Central Province, Sri Lanka. The name refers to a site of historical and archaeological significance that is dominated by a massive column of rock nearly 200 metres (660 ft) high.
  - We are located 3.5 hours from DAMBULLA, a town, situated in the Matale, Central Province of Sri Lanka. Major attractions of the area include the largest and best preserved cave temple complex of Sri Lanka, and the Rangiri Dambulla International Stadium, famous for being built in just 167 days. The area also boasts the largest rose quartz mountain range in South Asia, and the Iron wood forest, or Na Uyana Aranya.

  Wi-Fi is available in public areas. Most notably, the bar and restaurant. The bar and restaurant sits across 2 floors and spans 170 square meters and so there is more than enough space to find a quiet nook and work.

  We have more than enough space to accommodate a large camper. Electricity and water consumption will be charged based on usage.

• 

  Can possibly accept pets

  We have a cat and dog. If there are guests who are fearful of dogs, we must provide provisions.
