Description
I'm Cristina (42 years old), my husband is Alberto (41 years old) and we have 2 daughers Emma (8 years old) and Carola (6 years old). We live in Carmagnola (30000 habitants - countryside), very close to Turin and the Langhe region (UNESCO World Heritage). We are willing to host a girl, english speaking (preferentially mother-language), who can help us taking care of our daughters during summer school break. We are friendly, simple and curious to learn from people living in other countries.
Types of help and learning opportunities
Babysitting and creative playHelp around the houseLanguage practiceCultural exchange and learning opportunities
We are open to share our experience as a family, a tipical italian one, so we are good with homemade food and socialization. I'm a pharmacist and my husband is an Engineer, so we can share our experience and our knowledge. Of course we can teach Italian (if that is something of interest for our guest) and all what is relevant to the Italian Country in terms fo culture, traditions, history...

Our guess will have a dedicated bedroom and bathroom in our appartment. My husband and I will take care of the preparation of the meals, but we can ask the support of our guess from time to time.

The area offers many cultural attractions, especially in Turin downtown easily reachable by car or public transportation in 30 minutes, and natural ones: sea and mountains in 1 hour driving. Milan can be easily reached by train in 2 hours. Langhe is also very easy to reach.
