I live in the Bulkley Valley area of BC, on the top of a mountain and the head of a valley and completely off grid.
I have a motorhome on my property that is not being used. I would be willing to exchange use of it for time worked on the farm.
The motorhome cannot leave my property, but my "front yard" is huge!!
With great creek fishing, seldom fished lakes, lots of hiking, natural foraging, lots of wildlife and best of all, beside a plane flying overhead twice a day, complete and utter solitude.
There is a variety of work that I would like to have done on my farm from fencing to building to tree falling to rock picking to cabin building and more.
If someone is looking for a great, cheap, off grid vacation in exchange for some work, I would be happy to talk with you.

This is a tough question...my way of life is different than most. Being completely off grid and away from many of the outside influences of society is a learning experience on it own.
This year I am focusing on alternative buildings from cob to straw to earth bag to cordwood and maybe even a hobbit house!
You have the option of bringing your own accommodations, using my motor home, staying in my spare room, or, as they are completed, in one of the cabins.
There are many things in my valley for the nature lover, lots of areas to hike and explore, great fishing, but most importantly, a chance to regroup and recharge and get away from it all
