I am a music teacher and bioacoustician. I live in Lanalhue Lake, the first Lake of southern Chile. I have a nice backyard that needs constant care and the posibility to make a big orchard. I own a museum which celebrates the sounds of nature. It is within a geodesic dome near my house, within a Natural Reserve of 310 há. of oak. We usually go out for birding trips.

I know very well the local fauna, and I am very instructed in bioacoustics, which investigates the sound communication in animals, and I am an educator so you will learn a lot of it here. Plus, if you are interested in latinamerican music traditions, I can teach you a bit of it too.
We need help in maintenance of the dome, building backyard proyects, paths, etc. If there is a good software developer he/she will be very helpfull, because we need to improve the museum interactive experience.

There are several atractions within our territory. You can meet Mapuche People traditions in Elikura Valley, at about 10 min in bus. The Lake itself is close to my house, so you can swim very easily. The Nahuelbuta National Park is a very good destination for the weekend, where you will see the Great Araucarias, very ancient and prehistoric native trees. If you want adventure, Isla Mocha is the right place. There is where Mocha Dick was created, the book that inspired the famous Moby Dick. You can go there by air or sea from Tirúa, which is at 1,5 hours from home.
