Our team is a great, funny and hard worker.
There are 12 people working here with us between the kitchen, restaurant area, and beach area!
In the kitchen We have Benja, Freddy, Pancho, Martin, Victoria, Teresa, Luis then outside We have Juan Mani, Luca & Nico (the owners), Carlos, David and Maria working to give great service!
We are situated right on the ground floor of the new luxury condominium in Mahahual, around our beach club there are plenty of beach clubs with stunning views.
In town, there are also many dive shops where you can join to live the wonderful world that the sea is!
They will live in a stunning Caribbean beach town, We will provide with food and a place to stay and will help us on marketing and social media, in exchange the person will start learning how to manage a beach club and restaurant!

You'll have a private room in a shared house 5 minutes far from the beach! Right in the residential area of Mahahual!
It's 5 days' work per week,4/5 hours per day but You can decide what time to start working!
2 meals per day! In your time off you can enjoy the beach, you can enjoy Mahahual or Bacalar lagoon, you can go snorkeling or diving!
