  Description

  We are a family of four- Jack, Erica, and our two children, Willow and Scarlet. We spend our Summer months in Maine, living aboard our sailboat, Luna. We run a sailing boat charter business, a paddleboard and bike rental business and home vacation rentals during these months.
  
  We are looking for a property manager(s) to work on house maintenance/projects, landscaping/gardening, and improving the land where you will be living. We will provide housing; a glamping set up within walking distance of the ocean for warm Summer months, and you would live in a beautiful tiny house from October through May. We are hoping to find someone(s) with building experience/skills, landscape experience, and an eye for detail. We look forward to sharing some family time and getting to know you and where you are from, sharing in a cultural exchange.
  
  We will offer a salary, which will work out to around $25/hr and are looking for about 30 hrs/week of labor, though your hours will be quite flexible for much of the year.

  Be a part of Coastal Maine life in the summer months. We have a lovely, supportive homestead based community in Belfast and on the Blue Hill peninsula. We spend many days on the beach and water. Learn to sail and work the beautiful Maine land.

  Help

  We are looking for someone or people to live in midcoast Maine and be our right hand person/people for various projects. These would include improving the landscape and maintaining the gardens and yards at our rental homes. We're also interested in someone that wants to help cut a trail through the woods to the waterfront, and clear a small section of the land. We may also need some occasional help with our sailing charter. We would be looking for someone willing to lend a hand with all of our various work when needed.

  Our days are typically spent as a family, enjoying all that coastal Maine has to offer. We have a vibrant, healthy community on both the Blue Hill Peninsula and in Belfast. Most activities revolve around the ocean, though there is wonderful hiking to be had as well. Acadia National Park is very close to where you will be staying. We are excited to hang with you and share some meals on the boat or at the waterfront. We look forward to sharing family time and getting to know you and where you are from, sharing in a cultural exchange.

  You would have the camper/glamping set up to yourselves, with running water and electricity during the warm Summer months, and would live in a beautiful Tiny home November through May.

  Coastal Maine is a wonderful place to explore. Paddle boarding and kayaking local bays is a favorite past time. Acadia National Park is around the corner providing endless beauty and adventure. We have great local farmers markets and Co-ops!
