Greetings Travellers,
We welcome you to visit our off-grid paradise located 20 minutes from downtown Halifax.
We are an emerging farm looking to connect with the following: artists, builders, inventors and hands-on types in order to help re-imagine our kingdom of awesomeness.
We are looking for some help with a variety of small odd jobs - painting art murals and signs, repairing our chicken coop, helping with roof repairs, wood collection, gardening, etc. We are pretty easy going and ask for about 4 hours a day, 5 days a week in exchange for shared meals and a peaceful natural place to stay. We travel into Halifax often and can give rides and show you around.
We also also have a resident border collie and little person on the property that would both benefit from some attention and possible hang time if you felt up to it.

A wonderful opportunity to be deep in nature with close access to the city of Halifax.
The space is lovely and you will have several options for accommodation depending on how much privacy you'd like - indoors, the camper van, tenting, etc.
We are located about a fifteen minute walk to the bus route that goes into downtown Halifax and a seven minute walk to a beautiful fresh water lake. We drive into Halifax often and can give rides/show you around.
