    Description

We live in Outback Queensland at a 120,000 acre cattle station. We are a couple in our fifties, easygoing, hardworking (sometimes!) We enjoy the company of travellers who are willing to pitch in and give us a hand with some of the many jobs that always need doing on our place.

There are a range of different types of country, creeks, lagoons, lakes and lots of station tracks to explore. We are happy to show our visitors around in exchange for some help.

Volunteers will also be asked to help out with our other visitors (Tourists) on occasions.

If you are interested in visiting please take note of the following information: we are 1100kms west of Brisbane, 1100 kms NW of Sydney and 1300 kms north of Melbourne. You can get a bus to Cunnamulla which is 300 kms from us, we may be able to pick you up from there and take you back but this is negotiable. A plane service will deliver you to our nearest town, Thargomindah , 100kms away, twice a week, we will certainly do pick ups at Thargo. But the best way to get to us is to have your own car and drive.

Please take the time to have a look at a map to see where we are in relation to where you will be and don't waste our time with silly emails if you have no intention of travelling the great distance across Australia to visit us. For those who do make it here, you'll have a great time and see some wonderful country! Regards & happy travels, Toni.
