  I’m Carlo, an entrepreneur in the tourism sector with a great passion for cooking and hospitality. My business is focused on creating authentic tourist experiences in Rome, designed to immerse visitors in the local culture, both for me and for our guests.
  
  I offer Chef at Home services, culinary experiences, and photography services to capture every moment, presenting Rome in a unique and unforgettable way.I am used to selecting people very carefully, always looking for those who show gratitude for the hospitality I offer.
  
  I’m looking for someone collaborative, cheerful, dynamic, witty, and open-minded, who loves discovering new cultures and wants to help make each experience memorable. In return, I offer hospitality and invite you to join me on this adventure.
  
  Please note that I host from Monday onwards, with a maximum stay of 2 days, though the duration may vary based on the person. I offer 5 euros per hour for a total of 3 or 4 working hours per day. If there are no bookings during your stay, there will be an opportunity to do household cleaning.

Living with me, you’ll immerse yourself in Italian culture and discover the secrets of authentic Roman cuisine. I love sharing stories, recipes, and local insights, and together we’ll explore Rome's most iconic neighborhoods. There’s also room to learn some cooking techniques in the workshops I organize and to exchange ideas on how to enhance the experiences for tourists. This will be an opportunity to live like a local and learn something new every day in a warm and welcoming environment.

  I am looking for a dynamic, cheerful, and open-minded person to support me in my tourism activities. On days when there are no workshops or work, the guest will take care of household chores, showing initiative without waiting for me to ask them to clean or tidy up. I expect them to be organized, respectful of shared spaces, and mindful of noise in the evenings. Respect for the home is essential, and I would appreciate them suggesting tasks that need to be done rather than waiting for instructions.
  
  This experience is meant to be lived together, to enjoy Rome rather than simply being a place to sleep. I do not host those seeking just a place to rest. In life, I believe in giving and receiving with kindness, courtesy, and respect.
  
  Artists, musicians, computer engineers, culinary enthusiasts, writers, readers, and especially those who also know Italian are all welcome. When someone sends me a message to introduce themselves and request to be hosted, I would highly appreciate if they asked whether I would like them to bring something from their country, such as an item or clothing not available in Italy. In that case, I will reimburse the purchase once they arrive here in Rome.

  Accommodation

  I offer a comfortable and spacious accommodation in a quiet, residential area well-connected to the center of Rome by Metro Line C. The house is modern and equipped with all the amenities for a pleasant stay. You will have a private room, and we’ll share the other spaces, including a well-equipped kitchen where we can cook together. There’s a large terrace with a lovely view, perfect for relaxing on starry evenings. I’m sure you’ll feel right at home!
