We have a dairy farm with 30 dairy cows and a hatchery for geese and duck. I am also involved in animal welfare research work. We have garden of approx. .5 acre . We have approx. 600 breeding geese and 600 breeding ducks. The eggs are collected and washed and incubated till hatching. The hatchlings are transported to rearing farms

For those interested in outdoors we are close to the sea and close to stare forsts. We are also close to historical centres such as Glendalough national park with its historical site stretching back before 600AD
For those interested in poultry or animal behaviour and animal welfare research this is a centre for active research in these fields.
It is also a working farm with a hatcher for geese and duck and a milking herd of jersey and friesian cows. We are concerned with recent EU developments emphasis on short food chains and now customers come to the farm to purchase milk directly from the farm and also ducklings and goslings.
We are in the Irish country side close to the sea in a very scenic area.

Accommodation in provided in individual flats bedrooms in the main house and food is provided in the main house.
An wash room with washing machines and toilets and shower facility and clothes dryer is independent of the main house also.
Wexford bus from Dublin airport stops close to the farm (1km. ) at Arklow. The local town about 3 km away has many shopsd and shopping cvdentre and language leatrning facities.
