Beschreibung
As a part of finishing my bachelors degree in Environmental Humanities and Community Resilience, this fall I will be traveling Europe for the first time! I'm excited to connect to my ancestral lands and roots through agricultural, ecological, and cultural experiences. I'm passionate about exploring ways to practice interconnected/holistic ecological, societal, and individual well-being; particularly through restorative land practices, local food systems, and alternative ways of being in community. I love to garden, cook, and eat good food with loved ones and peers. I love to explore new places, spend time with children, learn and gain new skills, complete projects, create meaningful connections, and connect to the land around me.

Was könntest du arbeiten?
I have a permaculture design certification and years of experience working at organic, ecological, and biodynamic farms, including a honeybee sanctuary. Thus, I have theoretical understandings and practical skills in beekeeping and basic farm tasks such as planting, harvesting, weeding, mulching, building compost, pruning, watering, propagating, CSA management, planning, designing, etc. I have also taken multiple courses in ecology, providing useful knowledge that I like to apply to agricultural settings and general grounds maintenance. I have many years of babysitting and petsitting experience, as I love to spend time with animals and children of all ages, especially in outdoor settings.
Other relevant strengths and abilities include a strong work ethic, quick learning, clear communication, cooperation, organization, time management, problem solving, cooking, cleaning.
