Beschreibung

After three years of working as Ecologists/Environmental Planners, we recently decided to take a break and travel again! We both realized that there’s so much more we want to explore and learn about different cultures and meet new people.

Being aware of today’s challenges in the world we're highly interested in alternative ways of thinking and living, and in new solutions to make our planet a better and more harmonious place. We experienced that meaningful exchange with other people is crucial to us. This exchange often provides us with new perspectives and insights, broadening our perception and understanding. We believe that humans can learn a lot from each other.

Marco does Yoga every morning and likes doing sports. He is enthusiastic about nature & wildlife, especially birds, and about music! He’s running a small music project as a hobby.

Regina likes being outdoors by walking or on her bike capturing the impressions with her camera always being fascinated by nature and their animals. Besides, she loves upcycling projects and handcrafting.

We are open-minded and uncomplicated people who love to see all the great ideas people have. We would be really happy to support you and learn more about your projects.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

Through our studies and profession, we have sound knowledge of ecology, nature conservation, and bird/plant species. Since we worked in an office, we have several administration and computer skills.

Apart from our education, we have experience in gardening and permaculture, especially Regina who completed a PDC - 72 h course in 2021. She also built several things out of wood remnants (e.g. a table from euro pallets and a garden-raised bed).
Marco finished his Yoga Teacher Training last March and is happy to give free lessons to you to improve his teaching practice. He also loves cooking and used to work in a vegan restaurant as a cook’s mate.

Through workaway we’ve gained experience in farming, animal care, bio-construction work, housekeeping and cooking for bigger groups. Once, we volunteered in a wildlife rescue centre for one month in the rainforests of Ecuador where we gave guided tours to tourists and participated in their monitoring program.
