Hello/Bonjour!

My name is Eric Bourgault, and I am a friendly and young-at-heart French Canadian.

After more than 5 years in Portugal, I am preparing my return to Canada. My first stop will be Montreal. Since my passion and background is in hospitality, I will be traveling around the country to promote a new concept of social fitness and mental wellness.

In between, I will be volunteering to help people like you that are looking for someone pragmatic and trustworthy to get things done.

For years now, volunteering has been the best way for me to contribute to countless projects, discover new cultures and traditions while enjoying the benefits of genuine human interactions (and having the opportunity to practice what I preach!).

What you can expect from me is someone clean, healthy, and physically fit with a strong work ethic. Additionally, I have years of experience as a landscaper, painter, mover. I am a problem solver!

I am known for being well-organized, highly effective, and resourceful in my work. I enjoy being surrounded by animals and children, and I always have fun activities (such as laughter yoga or circus activities) to promote more playtime and less screen time.

I have an eco-friendly green thumb with years of professional experience as a landscaper/gardener. I can take care of any of your chores, from cleaning and organizing to fixing anything inside or outside your house. Just ask!

On the fun side, I have years of experience in the entertainment world and can utilize any of my circus skills to entertain your kids! I can also teach French and lead Laughter Yoga sessions!

If you're interested, my goal is to encourage people to take some time away from devices and reconnect with nature. Therefore, I can offer you any of my Laughter Yoga or Digital Wellness workshops.

I am always on the lookout for potential hotels or resorts interested in developing nature-based digital wellness programs and resources.

Anything related to digital wellness is part of my daily work and mission. It is my way of giving back and sharing all the benefits from my amazing experiences gained through my life-transforming journey around the world.
