Hi, I am a 21 year old girl, Lilou, (and my 21 year old partner, Harry) looking to spend a couple weeks to a month helping around a farm and hopefully horses around July 2024.
I have ten years riding experience (although I will admit I have not ridden for over 3years and am feeling a little rusty), love gardening and taking care of the nature around us.
I am vegetarian so any placement would need to accomodate a plant-based diet (my partner is not vegetarian but was for about a year while I was vegan, and has no issue eating strictly substitutes and plant-based).
I have, and always have had, cats so no need to worry about the little ones x (I will not be bringing my cats however, so there is no issue for that).
We are both eager workers, I love painting and fixing things and have experience mucking and other around horses, and my partner loves doing physical work outside.
I speak French (first language) and English perfectly (my partner only speaks English), and have double-nationality (my partner is only British), so Visa will not be an issue around Europe and the UK.

Was könntest du arbeiten?
- 10 years experience with Horses (mostly dressage, although I can jump just don't like it much, including young and newly trained/in training horses) - Harry has never done horse riding but is looking forward to trying
- experience with animals (cats, dogs, horses and rats mostly)
- experience with children if required (babysitting for years as well as tutoring, and I am going to start my masters to teach primary school, specialising in special needs children)
- experience with fixing and painting, has already use some power tools (we work at and axe throwing range and escape rooms so fixing furniture and painting walls/furniture is a small part of our job)
- very friendly and eager to learn new skills (as we would love to move to the Scottish highlands in the future and live a fairly rustic life)

We both are board game enthusiasts, making it a huge part of a quality time together and we would love to play/teach how to play with our hosts.
We also both love watching films and reading (I am a literature student).
