After a few years of working 9 to 5, we decided that is was time for something different. Started in June in Ecuador, we’re planning to head South in the coming year. Besides travelling we would love to stay at some places for a longer period of time to explore, share, learn Spanish and just enjoy live. We are easy going people, that love nature, animals and hiking.

Still really like the life other than the standard 9-5. We did made some changes though, we did a van conversion ourself in 2020 and traveled a winter through Spain. Marieke got a remote job so we switched to a bigger camper so she now got a proper office. Now traveling through northern Spain and looking for nice projects and people.

We’re down-to-earth, hands-on people and open for different kinds of volunteering, such as cooking, cleaning, building (Lars build our own toilet back in the Netherlands), teaching, creative painting etc.
