CURRENTLY SEEKING WORKAWAY IN COSTA RICA FOR FEBRUARY/MARCH 2023.
Energetic, outgoing and “young” retirees with a passion for authentic sharing of cultural experiences.
In January 2022 we officially retired, sold one of our homes and many of our personal possessions to continue our journey of discovery around the world. We would be honored to share life journeys with this community.

We are experienced travelers able to adapt to and find intrigue in any environments or situations. We are both great cooks with a passion for learning new cuisines and techniques. We love to garden and landscape. Over the last 4 years, we completely gutted, remodeled and redecorated two homes. Jim can literally fix or build anything, and I do mean anything. Me, not so much, but I am a good assistant! We make friends effortlessly and love to learn new cultures. For the last 6 years we were VRBO “superhosts,” catering expertly to the varied needs of hundreds of guests from around the world and earning 50+. 5-star reviews for our hospitality.

We are a very personable couple. We are inquisitive, easy going and good conversationalists. We are humble and respectful of others. We actually like to get our hands dirty which inevitably is accompanied by feelings of great pride and gratification in the results of a good days work.
