Hi, my name is Isabel.
I'm 23 years old and I'm from Italy. I'm taking an year off university for myself, travels and new adventures. I'm enthusiastic to meet new people and learn more about their culture/food/country's history. I think that staying with a family is an amazing opportunity to experience it.
I also love animals and I'm passionate about horses. I know that I can be less prepared than others, but I'm hard working and very keen to learn.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

- I had experiences before in babysitting and taking care/organizing games for summer camps in my town (treasure hunts were my strong).
!WORKAWAY EXPERIENCES:
1. I stayed six weeks with an amazing family with 4 kids in the Netherlands. I took care mostly of the two youngest, one and three years old. My daily tasks consisted in babysitting the kinds (playing with them, reading books, going out with the stroller etc.) and some house chores.

- I always had pets at home (especially dogs) and I have some experience with horses. I did 5 years of horse riding school when I was younger and I do trekking/excursions whenever I can.
! WORKAWAY EXPERIENCES:
1. I stayed for a month in a icelandic horse farm in Austria. My tasks were mainly cleaning the stables, feeding, bringing the horses to the fields in the evenings and back in the mornings and little things around the house and the farm (like cutting the grass or collects nuts from the trees). I also had the opportunity to ride twice a week and try to learn how to Tölt.
2. I spent two month at the Ceylon Riding Club in Colombo, Sri Lanka. My tasks were: horsecare (feeding, washing and grooming), tacking, leading the ponies and horses with clients during beach rides or with inexperienced and young riders, riding when possible and sometimes leading classes for beginners.

- I'm a good listener and I love to learn new things, usually I'm a quick learner.

- I really enjoy photography and I'd like to improve my skills.

Was noch ...

I love nature and outdoors activities like: hiking, kayaking, horse riding, climbing and beach volley. I enjoy art museums and historic sight.
