  I have a beautiful home in Spain, between Mijas and Fuengirola, with stunning views and in close proximity to mountains and beach, with good bus links on the doorstep. I'm friendly and easy going.

  I live in a beautiful part of Spain, with lots of incredible mountain walks and the ocean on the doorstep. There's great running routes in the mountains and along the seafront. This area of Andalusia is rich in history.

  Arbeit

  I have some small house projects, mainly a bit of gardening/landscaping which shouldn't be too difficult, and some small DIY jobs in the house, and I appreciate anyone with vision!!!!
  
  I plan to be away end of May for a couple of weeks and then some short trips, and I have a cat called Nano who is very easy to feed and comes and goes via the catflap. If the workawayer would prefer not to do this then my neighbour will feed him, it's mainly the DIY projects and gardening I need help with.
  
  I also need to potentially clean out and waterproof the garage, my neighbour is going to show me how to do it.
  
  I have some plants that need watering and the house will need to be kept clean and tidy if I'm not there.
  
  The internet is also very fast and reliable, so could suit someone who is working remotely online. My neighbours are lovely and helpful.
  
  The availability is mid-May to end of June.

  3 bedroom townhouse. The traveller could have my room whilst I am not here (ensuite), or use the spare room which also has its own bathroom. There's a fantastic pool, and it's on the bus route from Mijas-Fuengirola. The bus takes about 15 mins to get into Fuengirola. It's also close to motorways etc if the traveller has a car. There's a huge roof terrace with beautiful views out to Africa on a clear day, and incredible sunsets, sun loungers and great for clothes drying. The kitchen is fully equipped with Nespresso machine, juicers, dishwasher. There is a washer/dryer in the spare bathroom. There is plenty of street parking and the neighbourhood is quiet.
  
  I also have an elliptical machine, weights for exercise in the house (useful if it is raining!).
  
  There's nothing in walking distance but supermarkets, restaurants and beaches are a few mins drive away.

  There's loads to do - paddleboard, swim, hike. Malaga is a short distance away to go out, and Mijas Costa is beautiful.

  I have two work areas set up and spare monitors in both. The wifi is fast and reliable and boosted all through the house, even on the roof terrace.
