Help in my vineyard and garden in a small village near Ankara

I was an pharmaceutist in Ankara. About 10 years ago, I bouhgt an wineyard in a small village. The village is near to Ankara, the capital city af Turkey. Then I decided to produce wine. Now I have a small fabric which has about 10,000 litres capacity.
The village is center of Turket and near to Polatlı and Gordion. Gordion is ancint city od Hitites.
I need help in spring and summer time for wineyard and garden and production period of wine.
I will be glad to be host for workawayers.
