  My name is Pablo, I have a tourist complex in Mendoza Argentina. It is made in an olive tree farm, there are 8 rooms with a restaurant. We are 15 minutes from the center of Mendoza, a very quiet place, to go to rest. We have 2 farms one block away, one of them has the tourist complex and the other has 7 hectares of olive plantation, with a house to host. They are on the Mendocino wine road, surrounded by wineries and a 5-minute walk from the Vigil restaurant in the Chachingo area. Today we have 5 local people who work with us. One of them does the maintenance of the place, cutting grass, cleaning common spaces and irrigation by mantle. The farms have the right to irrigation once every 8 days, an expert (tomero) is needed who takes advantage of the available hours, to irrigate the entire property. Another is in charge of the commercial part, bookin., etc. The others are in charge of cleaning rooms, check in, check out, breakfast.
  
  Mi nombre es Pablo, tengo un complejo turistico en Mendoza Argentina. Esta hecho en una finca de olivos, son 8 habitaciones con un restaurant. Estamos a 15 minutos el centro de Mendoza, un lugar muy tranquilo, para ir a descansar.
  Tenemos 2 fincas a una cuadra de distancia, una de ellas tiene el complejo turistico y la otra tiene 7 hectareas de plantacion de olivos, con una casa para hospedar.
  Estan en el camino del vino Mendocino, rodeado de bodegas y a 5 minutos caminando del restaurant Vigil en la zona Chachingo.
  Hoy contamos con 5 personas locales, que trabajan con nosotros. Uno de ellos hace el mantenimiento del lugar, cortada de pasto, limpieza de espacios comunes y riego por manto. Las fincas tienen derecho a riego 1 vez cada 8 dias, se necesita de un experto ( tomero ) que aprovecha las horas disponibles, para regar todo el predio. Otro se encarga de la parte comercial, bookin, airbnb, etc. Los otros estan a cargo de la limpieza de habitaciones, check in, check ut, desayunos.
