Help look after our children in Madrid

  Hello, my project is very easy: I have two boys (ten and seven) and I want them to share some time with people from other countries (they can speak english and a little french and it doesn't matter to me if a german boy or girl wants to come, they can start with that language!). The person who comes just must wake up them at 8 am, prepare breakfast for they three (my boys and himself/herself), go with them to the summer camp (by foot, they have to be there at 9am) and pick them up at 14 pm, return home with them, heat the lunch (I will prepare it every day and I can say I love cooking) and eat with them. I come back home at 15.30 pm, so, I need a person to be in search of the children for three hours every day (from monday till friday).
  
  We are a family of four (two boys, my husband and I). I have a single room for the person who comes and he/she has to share the bathroom with the children. We love sports (paddle and swimming pool) and, of course, the boy or girl who comes can share with us all the sport or family activity that we done every day and on weekend.
  
  We are thinking about someone not older than 26. We need a non-smoker person (no one smoke in our house) and the comunication will be easy in english, french or german (I can speak a little). We live in the center of Madrid (Cuatro Caminos underground station), wich can make very easy to know Madrid as a city. I am journalist so if the person wants to improve her/his knowledge in spanish I can help him/her with it (but please, with the children, all in english, french or german).

  They could visit Madrid properly and in the cheapest way (as our house is in the center of Madrid the person will not have to spend a lot of money on transport) and I can help them to improve their spanish. Gastronomy is an important topic in our home as I like cooking typical spanish dishes (fish, vegetebles, legumes...).
