Hi,
Apart from information below I am looking for an immediate workawayers to help in an urgent project which has to be completed by June. I am refurbishing old wooden doors and windows, basically we'll be removing the old paint with electric sanders, and manually. Afterwards apply new paint by brush, thus experience in brush painting would be highly appreciated! Once all the doors and windows are finished, the next task would be to paint the walls with paint rollers. Anyone up for the job let me know !
I am a 24 year old living in the island of Gozo. For those of you who are new to Gozo its part of the Maltese archipelago located the the south of Europe. The island is really tiny 14 by 7 kilometers with a total of 35,000 inhibitants. Gozo is rich in history and culture as it was ruled by various colonies and has been inhibited from 5000 BC. Such factors together with our Mediterranean climate attract numerous tourists which contribute to a large part of our economy. Our family own a number of holiday accomodation apartments and a yacht charter business. My job is that of taking care of the maintenance and upgrading during the low season months, managing bookings and work as a skipper on the yacht during the summer. Basically I'm a jack of all trades.

They will get to witness the beautiful landscapes and beaches. I shall spend time with them and show them the top attractions aroud the island and finally they can sail around the island onboard our sailing yacht!

Arbeit
During the low season November - March Volunteers could help with the maintenance and upgrading. Volunteers could help with painting, other talented people such as photographers could take photos which could be later used for marketing, and artists could offer to paint some painting to hung onto walls or paint directly on the wall to create a feature wall. It's best to have a chat if you're interested in visiting so we can discuss what I would be in need of at the moment or come up with and new ideas, I consider myself to a be a very open minded person so if you have any ideas let me know :)
During the high season months April - October volunteers could help with check ins and check outs, communicating with the guests to check it they need anything, help in the house keeping when the cleaners can't keep up with the work and join me on the yacht as a deck hand which will consist of help during mooring and anchoring. (Experience in this field would be highly appreciated) Lookout while sailing and tour explanation to the tourists on board, of course all information will be handed beforehand.

I have two types of accommodation to offer, it depends on the season and availability.
Option 1: Whole private apartment located at Marsalforn Gozo
Option 2: Private Room with private bathroom which can be both locked. The Rooms are located inside a town house at the capital city of Gozo - Victoria. The house consists of 5 rooms, the rooms are rented out to tourists. 2 our of 5 rooms are also equipped with a private kitchen, the other 3 rooms have a large shared kitchen.
