  Hi, we are a happy, joyfull family willing to share our hapiness to live in the hart of the Pyrenees to whom would like to help us to renovate an old barn, which will turn into a fasting centre completed with a holistic medicinal approach. People, families, children with big health projects or simply willing to feel lighter and happier, will be able to find new ressources here through fasting and living foods (at a very accessible budget, run by a non profit organisation). Our family goes on raw food some parts of the year. Those who, apart from working, want to be initiated to healthy and living foods are welcome! Energy and well being guaranteed! But we can also provide other food you might need.
  The renovation works have started. The roof is off and needs to be elevated. The whole project is done with most respect of the site and the surrounding nature, as it is through nature also that we can heal.

  Nous sommes une famille enjouée et pleine de joie décidant de partager notre joie de vivre au coeur des Pyrénées à qui voudrait bien venir nous aider à rénover une ancienne bergerie qui deviendra un centre de jeûne et de santé holistique, ou les personnes, familles, et enfants ayant des gros soucis de santé ou voulant tout simplement se sentir plus léger et heureux, pourront venir se ressourcer par le jeûne et une alimentation vivante (à des tarifs très accessibles, gérés par une association sans but lucratifs).
  Notre famille est crudivore certaines période de l'année. Ceux qui veulent, en plus de venir aider, s'initier à l'alimentation saine et vivante sont les bienvenus! Ressourcement et bien-être garantis! Mais nous pouvons également vous donner d'autres repas sans problème si vous le souhaitez.

  If they don't know about building, they will learn a lot about it.
  The place is magnificiently situated in the lower parts of the mountains, with view on certain peaks. Hiking, fishing, MTB, horseriding... all mountain sports can be done. We can show you where to go hiking and sporting, as well as cultural and artistical activities. The whole family will not always be present on site, but regularly. Il will be an opportunity to exchange about our livestyle. Caroline can learn you plenty of things about health. She does also energetic healings that she can share you if you want.
  
  S'ils ne connaissent pas le métier ils apprendront beaucoup sur la construction.
  L'endroit et magnifiquement situé dans la basse montagne, avec vue sur certains pics de l'Ariège. Ballades à faire, pêche, VTT, équitation... tous les sports de montagnes. Nous pouvons vous indiquer les randonnées, ballades, activités culturelles et artistiques de la région. La famille entière ne sera pas tout le temps présente, mais régulièrement et les enfants aussi. Ce sera l'occasion d'échanges sur notre mode de vie, le pourquoi de notre alimentation, les choix d'éducation etc... Caroline peut vous apprendre beaucoup de choses sur la santé du corps et de l'esprit. Elle fait également des soins énergétiques et peut vous en faire bénéficier si vous le souhaitez.

  Arbeit

  We are looking for nice workawayers, motivated to help us. Construction knowledge is not really required but can be helpfull. Louis, your host, is a professionnal builder. He can teach you where needed. It will be physical work.
  
  Nous cherchons des travailleurs sympas qui sont motivés à nous aider. Des connaissances en construction ne sont pas nécessaires mais peuvent être utiles. Louis, professionnel du bâtiment et votre hôte, sera là pour vous guider et vous apprendre sur le chantier si besoin. Le travail à faire sera physique.

  Unterkunft

  Volunteers will sleep in another barn, with a beautiful view on the mountains. It will be rustic but confortable. Sun is there from morning till dawn. Food will be very energetic: mostly raw food, but not only, very few transformed products, all or almost all, organic and gmo free. Meals will be prepared together with the volunteers it they want.
  
  Les volontaires dormiront dans une autre grange, juste à côté du chantier, avec vue sur les montagnes. Le soleil est là du matin au soir. L'alimentation fournie sera une alimentation saine et vivante (beaucoup de cru, peu de produits transformés, mais délicieuse!). Les repas seront préparés ensembles par les volontaires et les hôtes, ou par Caroline lorsqu'elle sera sur le site.

  There will be very few electricity on site. For the construction there will be only Louis and 2 volunteers.
  
  Il n'y aura que très peu d'électricité sur le site. Sur le chantier il n'y aura que Louis, et deux volontaires.
