We are a family-run cultural association, involved with natural architecture, organic farming, education, psychotherapy, promoting local identity in all its aspects, language, dance, songs, food etc...We are a registered non-profit association. Yves is a French qualified psychotherapist from the Minster Centre in London and Masters 1st from Middlesex Uni. specialist in education and intercultural space, has published in Spanish and does conferences in unis and other events, Rosarion, his wife is a trained business manager and runs the school and the association in general, Yves works on the theory and Rosario puts it into practice.
Right now we are looking an educator as an english teacher for the our School for 2020. We are growing fast and we are happy to share the way with people who really want to teach and learn,

local culture, language, dances, songs, identity we are trying to create a genuine intercultural space where children are proud to teach their culture in exchange for learning from other cultures. Also we live in a paradise in the country , a bird refuge, lots of native trees and flowers, constructions based on earth like adobe, tapial and quincha, natural paints out of clay and cactus gum. we are at 3300m altitude (10000 ft) in the central Andes of peru in a wide valley.

Teaching English to indigenous children from Kindergarden to end of primary school, sharing your local traditions and culture, food(cooking), songs, history, geography in exchange from learning the local equivalents, helping in the organic field, helping with animals (chicken,ducks,geese) and generating creative ideas for the implementation of a playful space for kids

Bedrooms with shared bathroom very comfortable with wifi, hot water shower, double and single bed in room or triple single, we usually share the cooking with volunteers, we prepare lunch and they do dinner or vice versa,
A lot of local attractions from snowpeaked Huatapallana 5800m to local arqueological sites from Xauxa or wari cultures, we are also 3 hours away from the jungle, lots of nice walks too.
