Help out in the vegetable garden and enjoy great surroundings in Andalucia, Spain

  We are an English speaking couple who are very sociable and outgoing and love life, we are looking for someone or a couple to help out with our vegetable garden as soon as possible for a week or two, weeding and planting more vegetables. The garden size is about half an acre. We live in the beautiful area of Orgiva. We are 10 minutes by car into town and a forty minute walk in. We live in a modern Spanish three bedroom house with one bathroom. We will offer our volunteers a very comfortable double sized bedroom. We have good wifi so watching movies on your phone or laptop is not a problem.We also have a good amount of tv channels on the t.v in the sitting room. We have a lovely swimming pool which is there for you whenever you want to hop in and there is a nice sunbathing area around the pool and it is nice and private. Obviously all meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner are there for you everyday. We love cooking all different cuisines from Asian , Thai, Indian, French and of course Spanish.If you like cooking then we would welcome to try out any dishes that you want.We will also give you a small money stipend each week to enjoy yourself if you want to go into town. Since the weather has got a lot warmer we tend to cook mostly outside on the terrace and barbecue too. We like to sit outside in the evening with a beer or a glass of wine and have a chat and look out over the spectacular views from the terrace. We have a lovely outdoor barbecue that is great for home made pizzas. We have our own business which allows us fortunately to work from home in the office. We would be delighted if you could help out maximum five hours a day for five days, Monday to Friday with the weekends off. There is some fantastic places to see around here like the white villages. We are forty minutes from Almunecar beach which we can bring you too one of the days and other sights and there is some lovely tapa bars on the beach. We tend to go into town two times a week for tapas. After 7pm in town you get free tapas with every drink so that means we don't need to cook. Of course we would bring you along or you can stay at home watching a movie or something, whatever you prefer. We can drop you in and out of town any days as walking in this heat is too hot. There is a market on a Thursday which is great as everyone heads into town that day and you meet a lot of people.

  You will get to see a beautiful part of Spain and we will bring you to some lovely places sight seeing. We are a couple that really appreciates people and especially that if someone volunteers to help us out that we reciprocate to thank them.They also have put a stage up in town so there is live music every Saturday night there in the street which is great fun,

  Unterkunft

  Double sized bedroom, shared bathroom as we only have the one. It is a shower and bath.It is a three bed roomed Spanish Cortijo with a lovely outside terrace and great swimming pool. . There is a fan in your bedroom which helps with the night time heat.We have lie lows and floaty things for the pool. We have a built in barbecue which does a fantastic pizza.

  We can drop you in and out of town any days you like. I believe there is about 30 different bars and restaurants in town. From 12 until 2pm in the day you get free tapas with every drink even if its a soft drink. Then from 7pm they do free tapas again. We can bring you to the beach one day and up to the white villages which is really nice. There is also large swimming pool in town that you pay a few euros to go into if you want to meet people. You can use the pool here as much as you like as it is necessary as its very warm in the day and its a great way to cool down
