We are a newly opened hostel close to one of the most famous ghats in Varanasi. We love hosting volunteers as we have made some amazing friends from all over the world in our other hostel in Rishikesh. We would love your talents and creativity here to help us get our feet off the ground.

As Varanasi is one of the holiest cities in India, you will feel the spirituality and devotion as soon as you arrive here. With its many beautiful temples, mosques, churches and of course Mother Ganga, you can find peace here. There are many festivals happening throughout the year that you are sure to enjoy and embrace. We will love telling you all about Indian mythology and the Hindu religion. Buddhism is also very important here as closeby is Sarnath, the place where Buddha gave his first sermon and a more peaceful spot you will not find.
As we are relatively new here, we would love to hear from lovely people who have experience in reception, cooking,
housekeeping(cleaning public areas, washrooms, making beds etc), social media and mural artists. If you feel you can still offer some help in other areas not mentioned, please do contact us.
You will be sleeping in our 8 bed mixed, staff dormitory with washroom just outside. Hot water whenever you need. Free wifi, free laundry, free meals. 5 hours daily, 5 days a week.
With us, you are guaranteed a good time, we can show you how great the city and its people are, you can enjoy sunrise yoga on the ghat, play Uno, Jenga, Ludo and lots of games with us and our guests in our common areas and chill on our cool rooftop. Visit our local ghat for sunrise and sunset Ganga Aarti. Close to the river Ganga, parks and temples, there will always be somewhere quiet for you to find some quiet time, meditate or just people watch. Walking is the best way to see the city however, cycle rickshaws, tuktuks, uber, ola etc are all within reach of us.
