Hey we're Sarah and Youssef, a mixed moroccan-spanish-swiss couple who just became parents of a beautiful little girl and who has a vision on the moroccan coast, next to the beach: To create a sustainable, peaceful, healthy and community supporting guesthouse and restaurant. We understand life to uplift each other and not to get stuck in the thought of concurrence or greed. Concerning the lack of consciousness for mother nature in Morocco it is our intention to create the a sustainable oriented, mainly organic community place for art & culture in southern Morocco. To finalise our projects after months of delay (because we had really bad luck with many local workers and jealous neighbours) we need YOU.
♥️ People who share our passion for creativity, who have crazy ideas but in the same time know what they are doing.
♥️ People who REALLY want to be part of our projects and to bring it together further. Your motivation should NOT be just to spend vacations and go surfing.
♥️ People who are flexible as in Morocco most of the things you cannot really plan.
♥️ People who like DIY (do it yourself).
♥️ People who are interested in sustainability and who are happy to educate locals and tourists in workshops on sustainable topics.
♥️ People who know about art and culture and ideas to host events at our guesthouse and community place.
♥️ People who would like their daily life for some days behind them and just want to arrive in the moment.
♥️ People who would love to live with us and enjoy Morocco with all its colours, scents and the slowed down pace.
We are very open minded and happy about ideas and people who wants to understand and uplift our project. Together we are strong <3 We are both full of energy and creative people. We love to create.
We live in Tamraght, next to the beach, 45 minutes from Agadir Airport, 4hrs from Marrakech airport. The guesthouse is on the quiet border of a smaller traditional moroccan village, the mountains in the back, the sea in the front. This region is a famous surfing area as there are many surfspots within a few minutes.
We are opening a small guesthouse with only four rooms, soon a wonderful shala on the roof, a community kitchen and a terrace with a stunning view. We are not going to be a surfcamp, but a peaceful, community inspired place for art and culture.
Our community place for art & culture aka restaurant
A sustainable oriented, mainly organic community place for art and culture. In Tamraght there is not a lot to do except surfing. So our intention is to create a place where creativity can happen and art and culture is happening. Where there is no separation - everyone feels welcome, not dependent on the gender or religion. There is also a lack of awareness for the nature. Everywhere is rubbish. Our intention is to create more consciousness for our planet. We are going to offer free workshops on sustainable topics to educate people. We are creating everything by ourself - even the furniture. Also we are trying to use as little plastic as possible as this is a huge problem in Morocco. Since months we are trying to open this healthy place, but it takes ages to create something sustainable in Morocco. So we are looking for people who are interested in sustainable solutions.

Step out of your daily life, leave your to do's at home and arrive in the moment. In Morocco there is another time management existing. The moroccan culture you will experience best when you live with someone local and when you become active in a project. Then you start to understand where the cultural characteristics are. We are offering you a space for creativity and your ideas in a safe place in a traditional moroccan village close to the beach. See the glowing stars by night, recharge under the moroccan sun during the day and dive into some waves after work.

You will be required to help about 5hrs 5 days a week.
Pls note that we wish to have no alcohol and any forbidden substances in our house and restaurant.
You should be not scared of dogs as we have two dogs.
In your free time you can chill on the beach, hit the waves at many surf spots, discovering beautiful places as Paradise Valley close by, getting lost in the moroccan treasures on the souk (market) in Agadir. Or just slow down, as in Morocco everything is working much more slower.
