    Description

(€100 per week allowance + a car, for over 25 years old only)

We are a couple with 3 children, Lucie 11, Joshua 8 and Mia 6. We live in the countryside between Clonmel and Waterford. I am French, from Brittany and speak French only with the kids. Phil is Irish and we speak English when all together. The 3 kids are bilingual.
We are apple growers, we grow 50 acres quite intensively on a rented farm 15min from home. We also have 70 colonies of bees .
We live away from the farm, on a little place in the countryside, we have a 4-5 acres garden, with a few apples trees, plum trees, pears, raspberries, a small vineyard (1200 vines)... Due to extra work on the main business our house garden is after being neglected for the past 2.5 years, we are starting to get on top of it...

From now on we are looking for 1 person, over 25 years old with a driving licence to join our busy gang. You would be in charge of getting kids ready for school, (1hour : from 8.15 to 9.15), cooking lunch ( twice to three times per week), check their homework and help if required, and drive them to their sports and activities the afternoon.
You would have full use of our family car (saab automatic) for runs with the kids and also for your time off. (we will ask you to pay for your own fuel for your personal trips).
You will have all your weekends off and receive a payment of €100.

We have a mobile home available just for workaway. It gives you a rightly deserved privacy ;) ... Our kids are very social but they know they are not allowed in the mobilehome ;) We just fitted a little stove in to make it warm. We have plenty timber available. At the minute we have to sort out the bathroom. But we have a staff bathroom outside with an electric shower and toilets. The mobile is fully kitted : microwave, oven, gaz cooker...

You might have very quiet days and other more busy. All can also be organised around your own plans.

From middle of August we will also be looking for someone to solely look after the kids and the cooking as we will be both working full time on the main farm. (that will be a fully paid position, the working hours will be higher than up to July, you will also need a driving licence and to be 25yrs old min as you will have the use of one of our car)
The ideal person will have to be very flexible. our jobs are planned just days before and submitted to weather conditions.

Do not hesitate to contact us so that we can send you more details.
