    Description

    About our area:
We live in the small town of Two Harbors next to Lake Superior, the biggest fresh water lake in the word (in surface area, the third biggest in volume). Minnesota is a wonderful state of natural beauty. We have many unspoiled wilderness areas and national parks. We live 30 minutes from the city of Duluth (population 86,066)

    About us:
We are a family of three. Nichole (mom) Orion (16) and Iris (14) (trans person and girl). We have a dog, two cats,12 chickens, and 9 rabbits.

We only speak English currently so you must be able to speak it well.

We dont consider ourselves normal Americans. I am an old punk rocker who enjoys Halloween, scavenging, underground music, hiking, nature, 4-wheeling, hunting, art, literature, gardening, movies, video games, camping, foraging, biking, and big plans. I am currently going through a divorce with my ex husband who does not live at the property any more.

We value uniqueness and intelligence. A positive attitude would be a welcome thing to have around here too.
We are doing our best to conserve, reuse, and recycle. We try to waste as little as possible.
I'm (Nichole) an artist who likes to be alone when creating art. But enjoys others company otherwise. This is my pet project and I'm super excited to meet you. I have a job, in the neighboring town of Duluth. I work as a lab tech in a large hospital. It takes me a while to drive to and from work.
As a newly single parent household I am very much in need of the extra help (and company).

    Help:

After the first few days it is important that you are able to work independently as I am away at my job week days and every other weekend. Questions are always okay though. Communication is important.
