  Ours is a family consisting of mom dad and two girls of 5 and a half and 11 years old and a 3 year old dog of medium size. In the summer we both work and therefore we need an equal girl who knows how to look after the girls for about 20 hours a week. My girls attend a Montessori school, we too marry this educational philosophy at home.
  
  La nostra è una famiglia composta da mamma papà e due bimbe di 5 anni e mezzo e 11anni e un cagnolino di 3 anni di taglia media. In estate lavoriamo tutti e due e quindi abbiamo bisogno di una ragazza alla pari che sappia badare alle bambine per circa 20 ore settimanali. Le mie bambine frequentano una scuola Montessori, anche noi a casa sposiamo questa filosofia educativa.

  Help

  We already had an experience for two years with a Spanish peer girl and it was a beautiful experience. Mainly in the morning I work from 9.00 to 13.00 from Monday to Friday. We live in a small town of 15000 inhabitants about 5 km from the sea so we would be interested in a girl who knows how to swim since we are often on the beach. We have the opportunity to move to a beach house. The main task will be to look after the girls, not only in this time slot (since we also have grandparents who help us) but also in the afternoon if I have to work overtime. Doing some domestic business and looking after my girls will be the girl's homework. In her spare time the girl can decide whether to spend time with us or be autonomous and visit nearby places. Sometimes he may have to cook to my girls when they are not at home, cleaning and ordering is important for us, however knowing how to provide for their own cleaning and order.
  
  
  Abbiamo già avuto un esperienza per due anni con una ragazza alla pari spagnola ed è stata una bellissima esperienza. Principalmente la mattina lavoro dalle 9.00 alle 13.00 dal lunedi al venerdì. Viviamo in una piccola città di 15000 abitanti a circa 5 km dal mare quindi saremmo interessati a una ragazza che sappia nuotare visto che spesso siamo in spiaggia. Abbiamo la possibilità di spostarci in una casa al mare. Il compito principale sarà quello di badare alle bambine , non solo in questa fascia oraria (visto che abbiamo anche i nonni che ci danno una mano) ma anche al pomeriggio qualora io debba fare straordinari a lavoro. Fare qualche faccenda domestica e badare alle mie bimbe saranno i compiti della ragazza. Nel tempo libero la ragazza può decidere se passare il tempo con noi o essere autonoma e visitare luoghi vicini. A volte potrebbe dover cucinare alle mie bambine quando non sono in casa , per noi è importante la pulizia e l'ordine , comunque saper provvedere alla propria pulizia e al proprio ordine.

  The village is small, 15,000 inhabitants, but is connected to the larger cities that are Ascoli Piceno and San Benedetto del Tronto. Two hours by bus you can visit Rome.
