Description
Our backpacking hostel managed by Cinthya. We are located in the historical center of Cajamarca 3 blocks from the Plaza del Armas. Cajamarca is a colonial city historically known and human size, has a cozy and quiet center. The hostel itself is small (has 2 shared rooms and a double room) and is located in an old house so it has an interior courtyard that allows you to enjoy the sun.

Helping at Pacha allows the volunteer to practice languages, develop artistic projects, manage lodging, meet people from around the world, share feeling like family, do tourism in Cajamarca, get involved in local social projects, discover traditional knowledge (hat making, ceramics, guitar, ...), ...

We need responsible, orderly, honest and packing people to attend to the public, administer the reserves, take care of the lodging (cleaning service, reception, maintenance) and help with reputation on the Internet.

Hébergement
Our volunteers live with the guests, share with them kitchen, bathrooms and interior courtyard. As we need 3 volunteers two sleep with the guests and one has his private space above the reception.

Cajamarca is a historically important place for being the meeting place between the Incas and the Spaniards. The historical center has several places that will make you know the history of Cajamarca apart from having one of the largest squares in Peru. The viewpoint Santa Apolonia, Cumbe Mayo, Polloc, Porcon, Otuzco, Banos del Inca, Callacpuma and many more are to be discovered in Cajamarca. Also the country restaurants allow you to get away only 15 minutes from the city.
