  Description

  We are a family of 4 members , although our two daughters come and go depending on the season . A Cati and me ( Jordi ) , we like music , singing, playing the guitar ... well as painting and creative in general ( we worked in a time of our lives as artisans ) Our hobbies go through together with our friends , walking, reading , writing ...
  
  We live in a house in the woods , in a natural area of special interest , which is known by ISNA . We live two miles from the town of Alaior a 5min drive (you can walk down 20min and 10min bike ) .
  
  Cati is a nurse and I 'm a lawyer but I do not practice as such. We like country life , took more than 25 years in this house , watching the trees grow and hearing their birds . We are in a privileged place .
  
  Menorca , the smallest of the Balearic Islands , was declared a Biosphere Reserve in 1993 and World Headquarters of sustainable development in 2012 . It is also a candidate for World Heritage Site for its prehistoric sites . On the other hand offers an unspoilt , paradise beaches and an ideal place for lovers of outdoor sports , hiking, cycling, diving, kayaking , surfing , kite surfing, sailing, windsurfing ...
  Also ideal to inspire , create and move around their cultural circuits and the large number of associations that houses in different areas.
  
  We would love the help we can offer and to make your stay on the island easier.

  Somos una familia de 4 miembros,aunque nuestras dos hijas van y vienen según temporada. A Cati y a mi (Jordi), nos gusta la música, cantar, tocar la guitarra... así como la pintura y lo creativo en general. Nuestras aficiones pasan por reunirnos con nuestros amigos, pasear, leer, escribir...
  
  Vivimos en una casa en medio del bosque, en un área natural de especial interés, lo que se conoce por ANEI. Vivimos a dos kilómetros del pueblo de Alaior a 5min en coche (se puede bajar andando 20min y en bici 10min).
  
  Cati es enfermera y yo soy abogado aunque no ejerzo como tal. Nos gusta la vida de campo, llevamos mas de 25 años en esta casa, viendo crecer sus árboles y oyendo sus pájaros. Nos encontramos en un sitio privilegiado.
  
  Menorca, la menor de las Islas Baleares, se declaró Reserva de la Biosfera en 1993 y Sede mundial del desarrollo sostenible en 2012. También es candidata a ser Patrimonio de la Humanidad por sus yacimientos prehistóricos. Por otra parte ofrece una naturaleza virgen, unas playas paradisíacas y un lugar ideal para los amantes del deporte al aire libre; senderismo, bici, submarinismo, kayak, surf, kitesurf, vela, windsurf...
  También es ideal para inspirarte, crear y moverte por sus circuitos culturales y la gran cantidad de asociaciones que alberga en distintos ámbitos.
  
  Nos encantará la ayuda que nos puedas ofrecer y poder hacer tu estancia en la isla más fácil.

  Aide

  The house is large and we , living in the countryside , that means that every day you have things to do and / or fix from firewood ( to clear forest) , garden , gardening , forest maintenance , plumbing , irrigation and maintenance more .. to paint shutters , glass cleaning and maintenance of carpentry and house in general. Although not ask the maid of the house, if that may be required seasonally some help of this kind .
  
  We do not have any animals, except two cats.
  
  We estimate that the daily hours are between 2h and 4h depending on the task , which are distributed from Monday to Friday and weekends free .
  Hours can be practiced throughout the day (depending on each organization ) but we prefer to be done in the morning, we are flexible but ask that meets the tasks.
  
  We are looking for people who like living in the countryside or want to experience it for the first time , wanting to help and contribute ideas. Whether you like nature and enjoy it and not be afraid to stay home alone .
  
  
  
  La casa nos queda grande y al vivir en el campo, significa que dependiendo de la época del año tienes cosas que hacer y/o arreglar, desde desbrozar y limpiar el bosque y hacer leña durante el invierno, a en primavera, cuidar del huerto, jardinería, mantenimiento del bosque, fontanería, sistemas de regadío, pintura, piscina, limpiar cristales, carpintería y mantenimiento de la casa en general. Aunque no se pide la limpieza de la casa, si que según la temporada podrá requerirse alguna ayuda de éste tipo.
  
  No tenemos animales, excepto dos gatos.
  
  Calculamos que las horas de ayuda al día son entre 3h y 4h dependiendo de la tarea a realizar, que se distribuyen de lunes a viernes y fin de semana libre.
  Las horas de trabajo pueden realizarse durante todo el día (según organización de cada uno) aunque nosotros preferimos que se hagan por la mañana, somos flexibles pero pedimos que se cumpla con las tareas.
  
  Buscamos a personas que les guste la vida en plena naturaleza o que quieran experimentarla por primera vez, con ganas de trabajar y aportar ideas. Que les guste la naturaleza y disfruten de ella y no tengan miedo de quedarse solos en casa.

  Hébergement

  We offer a large room with cupboards, TV, large bathroom and own kitchen in an idyllic location surrounded by trees and birds.
  
  We offer breakfast and midday meal.
  
  If you do not own a car, we can organize trips to town so we can all do what we have planned. Also we offer two bikes (in 20 min by bike are in the village).
  
  We are confident that you will love the place and that you will enjoy your stay in Menorca privacy and a more economical way.
  
  
  Ofrecemos una habitación con armario, baño propio y cocina propia en un lugar idílico rodeado de árboles y pájaros.
  
  Ofrecemos el desayuno y la comida del medio día.
  
  También ponemos a disposición dos bicicletas (en 10 min en bici estas en el pueblo donde hay parada de autobuses para viajar a otras localidades de la isla).
  
  Estamos seguros de que os encantará el lugar y de que podréis disfrutar de vuestra intimidad y estancia en Menorca de un modo más económico.
