  Hi! My name is Xacobe, I am a teacher in an Audiovisual school and in my free time and my vacations I dedicate myself to taking care of a family home and its farm. It is an old stone house from 1868 and a farm with a garden and various types of trees. It is located in the Ría de Aldán, next to a beach, which makes it an attractive place also to enjoy the sea and the beautiful landscape of the Rias Baixas in Galicia. In the house there are also two small sailboats and several kayaks to enjoy sailing through the bay.
  
  Knowledge in gardening and carpentry will be especially appreciated.
  
  I offer food and accommodation. I cannot accommodate more than one person at a time. Nor can I stay for long periods at this time. The perfect stay for me is one week.
  
  Hola! mi nombre es Xacobe, soy profesor en una escuela Audiovisual y en mi tiempo libre y mis vacaciones me dedico a cuidar de una casa familiar y su finca. Se trata de una casa antigua de piedra de 1868 y una finca con jardín y diversos tipos de árboles. Está situada en la Ría de Aldán, al lado de una playa, lo cual hace que sea un lugar atractivo también para disfrutar del mar y el hermoso paisaje de las Rias Baixas de Galicia. En la casa hay también dos pequeños veleros y varios kayaks para disfrutar navegando por la Ría.
  
  Serán apreciados sobretodo los conocimientos en jardinería y carpintería.
  
  Ofrezco comida y alojamiento. No puedo alojar a más de una persona a la vez. Tampoco puedo alojar por largos periodos en este momento. La estancia perfecta para mí es de una semana.

  Of course, not everything is work and the house is perfectly located to enjoy the beach and the summer sun.
  You can also enjoy sailing in small sailboats and kayaks.
  The farm is also a good place to rest and enjoy a good barbecue with friends.
  There are also many beautiful places to visit nearby such as the Atlantic Islands natural park, with the Cies Islands and the Ons Islands and many others.

  The help that is needed is above all for the maintenance and care of the farm in gardening and also for a carpentry project. Help with the care and cleaning of the house would also be appreciated. No special skills or prior knowledge is necessary, but knowledge in gardening and carpentry and small tasks will be appreciated.
  
  La ayuda que se necesita es sobre todo para el mantenimiento y cuidado de la finca en trabajos de jardinería y también para un proyecto de carpintería. También se agradecerá la ayuda para el cuidado y limpieza de la casa. No es necesario tener habilidades especiales ni conocimientos previos, pero se apreciarán los conocimientos en jardinería y carpintería y pequeñas obras.
