We are a surfer hostel located in the great surfer paradise of Pacasmayo, north of Peru!
This big house is managed by Otto's family (he lives here with his wife, Maria and Julia, their daughter). They are a nice family and you will enjoy spending time with them. The hostel has 15 rooms and it is located just two blocks from the sea! We also offer surf lessons and boards rental.
Moreover, here you can enjoy some of the best waves in South America while looking at a beautiful pacific sunset...

Pacasmayo is a surfers paradise with really good waves (up to 3 metres), it is also a very good place for kitesurfing and windsurfing. We are about 100 kilometers away from major cities like Trujillo and Chiclayo and there are also some archaeological sites nearby.
We are looking for people with good vibes to help in the hostel. Most of all, the help is about keeping clean the hostel for the people living there. Also, it would be nice to have some help with publicity on internet.
There is no actual reception work (or space, everything is done in the living room) as it is managed by Otto and his wife. Sometimes, you will have to answer the phone and tell clients to wait a bit while you're looking for the manager.
We offer a shared-room with the other volunteers. The bathroom is shared and there is no hot water (you won't need it!). You will be able to use all of the commun areas of the hostel like the kitchen, the living room and we also have some hammocks in our third floor (top view of the city)!
Pacasmayo is a little city so just put some rough shoes on and make your road. At few minutes of the hostel, you can reach the beach, the center, the bus station, the supermarket... We have our own Christ the Redeemer where you can enjoy a nice view of the city and be amazed by the sunset there.
