Description
Hi, we need people to help us in our hostel. The role will include general house work and reception but with an emphasis on enhancing the customer experience.
With hostels ratings are all important, and generally people rate highly when they get on with staff. We need an outgoing person to met and greet the customers that has a good sense of humour and makes people feel welcome. Generally "chit chat" with guests and ensure they have a memorable experience in the hostel that they can take with them. It's ideal that people coming here get to know the city in there free time so they can help answer any of the customers questions on what sites to see and where to go.
Urgent:
We are currently looking for people that would help out with cleaning coming into the busier months. We are looking for someone with some experience in working reception that can commit for at least two months. We are also looking for a night porter. In exchange, you will a get a room to live in and food. The hostel is located near the center of Florence, so if you want to spend some time in this beautiful city, then send us a message.

We need someone with attention to detail, who is hopefully an experienced traveler as well, who is comfortable in social environments and thrives in and enjoys interaction with others.
We know what we are doing and where we need to go with this hostel (we run a very successful one in Pisa also). We need someone who is not going to mess around but genuinely help us, and we really need to see results straight away. In this line of work we are constantly reviewed and we know when things are going right and heading in the right direction.
We need our average ratings to increase by 10% and we know this is easily achievable for the right kind of person.
