Description
After many years of traveling i have touched down in the French Pyrenees about 5 years ago.
I used to work on music-festivals pitching down tipis. I still do occasional jobs on (electronic music) festivals, but at the moment it's a bit complicated due to Covid. I love the small things in life: art, music (i love to DJ), nature, good food, exchange culture, language -, etc. I'm quite social, but I also need time to myself - the property is big enough for that.
My project is broad but in a few words: the idea is to bring people to nature and to blow their mind with beauty and simplicity - I'm aiming towards sufficiency.
I'm based in Ariege, between Massat and Saint Girons, in the middle of a Regional park. (Parc Regional des Pyrenees Ariegeoises). It's in the mountains, but acces is easy - altitude is 550m
Helping hands are very welcome: There are eco-building projects like building a dome- greenhouse, outdoor kitchen, fixing a trailer for workaway guest,... Currently there is a vegetable garden and 30 fruit-trees which need attention, general maintenance of the property, , maintenance of forest, fixing up a fence for animals, etc,,....
The land is 2,5 hectares, overlooking the valey. It's absolutely stunning here. There are plenty of walking trails around the property.
In exchange of helping hands, I can offer accomodation and food, either in the house, or in the trailer. If you travel with a bus or a van you can also park on the property - there is water and electricity.
Hope to hear from you soon!

So I spent one month at Fre's place and I really enjoyed it. The work was mostly weeding, arranging things in the garden, working with wood, helping in the household and all of the random stuff and missions that came along when you have such a big and inspiring place as Fre has :) His house is really amazing.
