Hello workawayers of the world!
I am living in what used to be my grandmas house in Plouha, Bretagne just 1.5km from the sea. I have focused on reorganizing and fixing up the interior of the house up to this day.
I have been working full time jobs and the garden has been growing full time; which leaves me with an overwhelming amount of tidying, weeding, landscaping to do. I am here alone for the summer and have not found the motivation yet to start the work that needs to be done in the garden. I am waiting for a helping hand to make it more fun and less overwhelming!
Once we get to it the work in the garden should not take that much time. This would be a very leaned back workaway stay, with all the time you want to enjoy the house, the coast, the area. I have a kitten that would love some attention and I would enjoy the company!
I am available to host from now until the 26th of july.
You are welcome to stay from 2 days to the whole month as you like.
You can have your own room, shared kitchen,I'd love it if we could share meals when I'm not at work (I work in a restaurant some days),shared bathroom. Depending on how many of you are willing to stay I can provide the food (vegan - occasional cheeses,eggs, fish, cream), however I have no problem with you cooking your own meat! I have bikes that you can use :)
I am host through an online renting platform, so it is important the the house stays tidy!

This would be a great space for you to retreat in a peaceful environment near the biggest sea cliffs of Bretagne. It is breathtaking and tranquille. I am working hard to create a cosy home for myself and all the world travelers! If you have experience that is great I would love to exchange with you, you could put into practice. If you do not I am happy to share what I know and learn together.

There is plenty of room, you can have your own room. Shared bathroom, shared kitchen. Very cosy healthy space
What else ...
Hitch hiking works well in the area. There is frequent public transportation from the village to bigger towns with train stations. The roads are lovely and well indicated if you have a car.
The sea is a very short walk from the house (15 minutes) and even shorter bike ride (5 minutes), there are breath taking cliffs and a coastal trail that goes all the way around Bretagne. I have an extra bike to lend!
The town is 2.5 km away with all the necessities, 10 minutes by bike. There are plenty of wild section to explore. You can fish and play with the tides, sail, swim etc.
This is a great place to retreat in a cosy home by the wood burning stove, eat well and stretch often!
