  We are an international couple with a 3 years old daughter who shares our passion for travel. Our wanderlust has taken us to over 70 countries, and we are excited to continue exploring the world. Currently, we are seeking a dedicated individual with a background in early childhood education and experience in caring for and educating children of a similar age to our little one.
  
  Our home is quite spacious, providing ample room for both our family and the workaway guest we warmly welcome into our lives. We've set up a separate room exclusively for you, ensuring your privacy and comfort during your stay. This floor includes a bedroom, a private bathroom, and even a television for your enjoyment.
  
  Over the years, we have actively participated in the Workaway community, hosting and connecting with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. It's a rewarding experience that has enriched our lives and broadened our horizons. We believe in the value of cultural exchange and the opportunity to learn from one another.

  WELCOME TO PARADISE!
  Located in the most iconic and historically significant area of Gijón, right by the city's marina and at the base of the picturesque Cimadevilla neighborhood, this stunning penthouse offers unparalleled views over the city. It is a mere five-minute walk from San Lorenzo beach and ten minutes from Poniente beach. This 237 m² duplex boasts three spacious bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom, a grand kitchen, and two magnificent terraces. The entire home is bathed in sunlight throughout the year, thanks to its East and Southwest orientation.
  
  The flooring is made of oak wood, and the windows are double-glazed PVC, ensuring the apartment exudes class, elegance, and quality. The recently renovated kitchen is truly splendid, furnished in white tones and featuring a spacious dining area. The heating system and hot water are both city gas-powered, with a boiler that was replaced just three months ago. The apartment feels warm and welcoming, not just because of its orientation but also due to its highly insulating windows, which keep out both noise and extreme temperatures. The building itself is very peaceful, with well-maintained communal areas.
  
  Each bedroom comes with extensive built-in wardrobes, and there's an additional storage room of about 10 m² within the apartment itself.

  For Workaway volunteers interested in staying with us, please note that we value education and experience in caring for children aged 3 years. We speak Spanish, English, and several other languages. We are looking for a volunteer who can help 5 hours a day, with two days off per week.
