Description
This is our hostel and restaurant. Created by Elene, Mariam and Mashiko (girlpower💪)
We, Elene and Mariam, are childhood friends who have happily worked together in this business for 5 years already. We opened our first hostel back in 2019, when we were only 26 years old. We bet on a vintage design and very friendly service and created a hostel, which turned out to be a big success until COVID came into our lives. Luckily, we didn't give up doing what we loved to do the most. After closing down our first hostel, we spent 3 years creating a new one, even better than the old hostel
At our new hostel, we kept our traditions of friendly service and vintage interiors and tried everything to create a very welcoming atmosphere for travelers.
The new place is located in the center of Kutaisi, Sapichkhia - an old Jewish district, which inspired our chef Mashiko to create a unique concept for our restaurant.
Mashiko is Elene's sister, who is super passionate about her profession and always happy to provide us with the tastiest food. She has experience working in lots of different restaurants in various roles, and she's even been researching culinary traditions in different regions of Georgia. When we were working on the new hostel, Mashiko went to a field and did her research to figure out what the local people used to eat at their homes while living together and exchanging their cultures. The result was amazing, the food is perfect and Mashiko is the best leader of our lovely little restaurant
And now we are here, on the Workawayer host web page, and we are looking for charismatic people, who love to connect with other people.
The shifts for workawayers at our place are the following:
3 days a week, 5 hours a day—housekeeping.
2 days a week, 3 hours a day—communicating with our guests during breakfast (8:00 a.m.–11:00 am).
We provide a bed in our very comfortable 12-bed mixed capsule dormitory, breakfast, and staff lunch.
We employ up to 11 people, including 4 receptionists, a manager, a housekeeper, a breakfast cook, the main cook, 2 waiters, and a technical person.
We can't wait to meet you at our place!

You will discover Georgian traditional Kvevri wine and learn more about the wine industry, You will also learn more about hostel management but the most attractive part of your journey will be to explore Georgia, learn more about its history and culture and meet super friendly Kutaisian people, who always greet you with a positive attitude and wonderful sense of humor.
Help
5 hours a day, 3 days a week—housekeeping—cleaning rooms and bathrooms, changing sheets and towels, and cleaning all common areas.
3 hours a day, 2 days a week—communicating with guests at breakfast. The person will not be helping with any food or drink preparation or serving during breakfast.

Our 12 bed dormitory has very comfortable capsule bunk beds, with 1.2 meter wide. mattrasse, a curtain, lighting and sockets.
Kitchen lrovides a lunch for all staff and workawayes. The workawayer will have free breakfast as well.
