Description
We run a physical training Camps in Andalucia Spain.
We are located in the small city Zahora situated in a rich natural area, between the coast and a national park. Our training activities are mainly based outdoors, and include (among other things):
Hiking, Running, Calisthenics, Kettlebell-work, Parkour, Boxing, Yoga and Surfing.
Nutritious food is an important part of the camp as well, and we aim at communicating links between health, training and environmental sustainability to our guests.Types of help and learning opportunities

Help
Volunteering tasks could be some of the following:
- Basic cleaning
- Help with cooking ( We cook with only fresh local ingredients. No use of processed products, dairy or gluten containing product)
- Driving activities (Age: 24+)
- Helping out/ assisting with training sessions (Only if you have sufficient experience)
- Yoga/stretching
- Web/Social media work
- Photographing/video
- Other (If you have other things in mind, which you think could be of value for the camp, these are welcome as well)Languages spoken

Accommodation
Rustique Andalucian houses with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and fireplace.
2 beds in each room. Separate beds.
This is usually how the participants stay as well.
Normally volunteers will share a room with another volunteer or participant. Normally with same gender. But please note in your application if you are ok with sharing a room with another volunteer of opposite gender or not.
2 meals is included most days. You will be eating along with the participants of the camp. The food is primarily based on organic local produce. Seafood is often a component of the diet here. Vegan or vegetarian diet is available too.What else ...
You should apply for this position if you have a genuine interest in health, training, outdoor activities and nature.
If so, this will be a good learning opportunity, a chance to gain knowledge and work experience, and of course improve your fitness level.
We try to answer all mails, and as fast as possible, but as we recieve a lot of mails in here, and are a small company, with limited time. Sometimes replies may be delayed. Mails tend to drown as well after a while, so if you haven't gotten a reply, you are welcome to resend.

She is skilled with a camera and in doing video editing.
Beside that she was a good help with general things and she engaged herself fully in the program of the camp. She is a talented singer as well and sometimes sang for the other participants.
