    Description

Our property is a little lifestyle block situated on the hills above Dunedin, overlooking the harbor. We are incredibly lucky to have the land (isolated and yet within walking distance of the city) and would love to give other people the opportunity to experience living up here!

There are two of us living on the property at the moment; Bryan and Ronan. We have goats, chickens, 3 cheeky cats and an elderly dog (all eagerly anticipating new friends!) Our summer project is weeding our 2,500 native trees and keeping them happy!

Dunedin is a great wee city, with the added benefit of easily being able to get away to enjoy nature - and our place definitely allows for this! We are close to the signal hill lookout, with walking opportunities to Mt Cargill and Port Chalmers. We are 25 minutes, uphill walk from the bus, which allows for easy access to all that Dunedin has to offer (walks, cafes, galleries)

If you want space for pursuing a project we have plenty, with a decent workshop and supplies to support! (and space for painting, reading and many a great creative and/ or leisure activity!

Our page had no admin for the better part of this year - life and low rainfall (therefore water shortages on our property) meant we couldn't host - if you reach out, we will be sure to get back to you promptly! :-)

It is a pretty special spot, with views that offer an abundance of nature and water - it is one of a kind and the experience of living here stays with you! We are New Zealanders and can offer much in the way of staying with a family - one always based in Dunedin, NZ. We can show you the city, the walks - cook what little NZ culture has to offer in the way of local cuisine!
