Description
Hi! We live in central British Columbia Canada in Clearwater on 2 acres on the North Thompson River. Clearwater is the gateway to Wells Grey Park a world heritage site and has more visitors then Whistler the park is a very popular outdoor recreation destination. I have 4 Norwegian Fjord horses, 4 dogs and 1 cat. I am a retired Home Support Worker as a nurses aid for Interior Health. My husband Henry is retired as well. We also have a cabin on 3 1/2 acres on a private lake bordering Bowron Lake Provincial Park, 1/2 an hour from Wells and the world famous gold rush living museum of Barkerville . My cabin, on Chisel Lake is 15 min. from Bowron Lake that boasts the famous chain of lakes canoe circuit. We love the outdoors and spend a lot of time trail riding in the beautiful backdrop of British Columbia's Alpine and rivers, lakes and meadows. We are looking for people that have horse riding/driving experience and know how to swing a hammer and use a paintbrush, help clear land, manage burn piles and generally be versatile enough to work at the obvious chores that would be required. It would be a added bonus that you have carpentry skills, a sense of humour and a good work ethic.

Help
We have cleared the property at Chisel Lake (3 1/2 acres) and would like help cleaning up the after math of logging it. We also need a deck built attached to the cabin with a roof over it this would overlook the lake. We have a barn and a large shed that needs painting. Our horses need riding and We love trail riding so there would be a lot of that. The garden needs care as well.
