We have also a retired donkey "Marmelo" that we take care.

Cultural exchange and learning opportunities
We know Algarve region and also other parts of Portugal very well and can give the travellers all the touristic information about those places. They can colaborate and learn from it in an agroecological project that envolves the whole farm and has being developed for 4 years. We also expect to learn from the travellers experience and also learn more about their own countries.
Help
We need help with the works in the farm such as figs, carob, almond and olives harvest. The work consists of preparing the field and harvest the fruits after. In February and March the work will be cleaning the trees and preparing and planting the vegetable garden. All works will be made together with us.

We provide 2 meals per day (breakfast and lunch). The lunch, taken together with the family is also an opportunity to share informations about the region and to help them organizing their free time while they are here.
Apart from the lunch, they may have to prepare the other meals and they will have the necessary conditions for it (the use of the kitchen).
Workawayers will have also access to wash their clothes.
