Description
My name is Daniela, I live with my son Matteo outside Valperga in the Natural Reserve of Sacro Monte di Belmonte declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We bought the house we live in 15 years ago where we started new project: In 2018 I began with Donkeys and we do activities with donkeys ranging from hiking with children, adults, lessons training, hiking and walking. We also rent E-bikes to visit the reserve where we are immersed.(the e-bikes are available for workaways as well)
With 15 beehives in our house we produce all the beekeeping derivatives: honey, propolis and wax. For many years I have collected medicinal herbs in the valleys of the high Canavese destined for herbal transformation and I can share this knowledge with those interested. A few years ago, I took some dwarf goats to help clean the woods around my house and to keep the brambles at bay. We also produce the vegetables we consume in the family garden.
This year I would like to start a rural hospitality business by renovating the rooms of the houses adjacent to our home. At the moment I work at the Rivarolo sports club as a swimming and lifeguard instructor that I work in the afternoon.
Aiuto in Riserva Naturale tra Asini, Api, e Orto Bio
Sono Daniela, abito con mio figlio Matteo fuori Valperga nella Riserva Naturale del Sacro Monte di Belmonte dichiarato dall'Unesco patrimonio dell'umanità. Abbiamo comprato la casa in cui abitiamo circa 15 anni fa dove abbiamo avviato il nuovo progetto di Asini: Nel 2018 sono diventata "tecnica di asino someggiato" e svolgiamo delle attività con gli asini che vanno dalle escursioni con i bambini, adulti, lezioni di addestramento, trekking e passeggiate. Inoltre noleggiamo E-bike per visitare la riserva in cui siamo immersi(sono anche a disposizione dei workaway)
Produciamo con 15 alveari nella nostra casa tutti i derivati dall'apicoltura: miele, propoli e cera. Per molti anni ho raccolto erbe officinali nelle valli dell'alto canavese destinate alla trasformazione erboristica e posso condividere queste conoscenze con chi fosse interessato. Qualche anno fa, ho preso qualche capretta nana per aiutarmi nella pulizia dei boschi attorno a casa e per tenere a bada i rovi. Inoltre produciamo gli ortaggi che consumiamo nell'orto famigliare.
Quest'anno vorrei avviare un'attività di ospitalità rurale ristrutturando i locali delle case adiacenti alla nostra abitazione. Al momento lavoro presso la polisportiva di Rivarolo come istruttrice di nuoto e bagnina che svolgo nelle ore pomeridiane.

Among the different things I have to share with those who come to help us are beekeeping, animal management (horses and goats), the production of organic vegetables and the recognition, collection and processing of medicinal herbs. Moreover the possibility to discover the wonderful Natural Reserve in which we are immersed and to know all the paths and valleys that surround us.
Tra le diverse conoscere che ho da condivide con chi verrà ad aiutarci ci sono l'apicoltura, la gestione degli animali (equini e caprini), la produzione di ortaggi biologici e il riconoscimento, la raccolta e la trasformazione di erbe officinali. Inoltre la possibilità di scoprire la meravigliose Riserva Naturale in cui siamo immersi e conoscerne tutti i sentieri e le valli che ci circondano.

Accommodation
In the warm months we have a completely renovated caravan equipped with all comforts (fridge, kitchen etc) and also has an internal bathroom, electricity and water. In the colder months there will be a room with a wardrobe and a desk in the main house.
3 meals a day will be guaranteed. Vegetarians and Vegans are welcome and I would love to hear about new recipes from guests.
Nei mesi caldi disponiamo di una roulotte completamente ristrutturata accessoriato di tutti i comfort( frigo, cucina etc) e dispone anche di bagno interno, luce ed acqua. Nei mesi più freddi sarà disponibile una stanza con letto armadio e scrivania all'nterno della casa principale.
Saranno garantiti 3 pasti al giorni. Vegetariani e Vegani sono benvenuti e mi farebbe molto piacere conoscere nuove ricette degli ospiti.

FROM TURIN
from Torino PortaSusa (train) to Rivarolo and then there is the coincidenta with the bus to Valperga.
From the airport there is a train to Portasusa.

da Torino PortaSusa (treno) a Rivarolo e successivamente c'è la coincidenta con il pullman per Valperga.
Dall'aereoporto c'è il treno per Portasusa.
