  Hello, we are a family of 5 members with three boys of 13, 15 and 19 years old with a high level of English since they study in bilingual school and we have had aupair for 10 years. We are open to new cultures, we are athletes and very familiar. My husband is the manager of his family business and a photographer, his favorite sport is paddle tennis.
  The children are water polo lovers, they love playing with Legos, being in nature, playing ball and playing. I am a housewife, I love water polo and I am an assistant referee, I practice Pilates and yoga when I can and I love walking around the countryside.
  We live outside of Madrid like 20 minutes in the north, Daganzo de Arriba, a quiet town where there is a sports center, music school, library, theater school, supermarkets, shops, nature ... We are very familiar and we like it to know new cultures but above all that the children practice and perfect their English, although they also want to start with some other language (French, German ...).
  I am looking for a friendly, loving, empathetic but authoritative person, since the boys are teenagers and it is a complicated stage.

  Hola, somos una familia de 5 miembros con tres chicos de 13, 15 y 19 años con un alto nivel de ingles ya que estudian en colegio bilingue y hemos tenido aupair por 10 años. Estamos abiertos a las nuevas culturas, somos deportistas y muy familiares. Mi marido es gerente de su empresa familiar y fotógrafo, su deporte favorito es el padel.
  Los niños son amantes del waterpolo, les encanta jugar con legos, estar en la naturaleza, jugar al balón y a la play. Yo soy ama de casa, me encanta el waterpolo y soy auxiliar de árbitro, practico pilates y yoga cuando puedo y me encanta caminar por el campo.
  Vivimos a las afueras de Madrid como a 30 minutos, en la zona norte, Daganzo de Arriba, un pueblo tranquilo donde hay polideportivo, escuela de música, biblioteca, escuela de teatro, supermercados, tiendas, naturaleza... Somos muy familiares y nos gusta conocer nuevas culturas pero sobre todo que los niños practiquen y perfeccionen su inglés, aunque también quieren empezar con algún otro idioma (francés, alemán...).
  Busco una persona amigable, cariñosa, empática pero con autoridad, ya que los chicos son adolescentes y es una etapa complicada.

  We offer a large house with patio and garden, is a development with swimming pool, quiet area and nature. A place where you can feel a member of the family, share cultures, and improve the language.
  
  Te ofrecemos una casa grande con patio y jardín, es una urbanización con piscina, zona tranquila y con naturaleza. Un lugar donde sentirte un miembro más de la familia, compatir culturas, y mejorar el idioma.

  Help

  I need help with the duties of the child's school, the other two are more independent. Playing with them I think the least way to learn, play, create, investigate, discover ... We are very affectionate, so having an older brother to guide and teach new ways and lifestyles, customs etc. It is a great experience. We are looking for someone kind, affectionate, patient, but with authority, since they are in adolescence and they fight and are sometimes revealing. That share the day to day, and that among all there is an order in the house, we also like to cook so to exchange culinary cultures would be great.
  
  Necesito ayuda con los deberes de la escuela del pequeño, los otros dos son más independientes. Jugar con ellos ya creo que la menor forma de aprender, jugar, crear, investigar, descubrir... Somos muy cariñosos, por lo que tener un hermano mayor que les guíe y enseñe nuevas formas y estilos de vida, costumbres etc. es una gran experiencia. Buscamos alguien amable, cariñoso, paciente, pero con autoridad, ya que están en la adolescencia y se pelean y son algo reveles a veces. Que comparta el día a día, y que entre todos haya un orden en la casa, también nos gusta mucho cocinar así que intercambiar culturas gastronómicas seria genial.
