Learn to sail on the Costa Brava, Spain

  Sorry I can't make reservations more than a month in advance usually.
  
  I could host from April 24 , the water will still be cold but can teach sailing , maybe someone to join me to move a boat from Croatia to Greece, this would take time , so short term would not suit as there are many factors involved.
  
  
  October 2023
  The season is over for sailing kinda and the water will be cooler soon. I will be at the boat but am unlikely to take a workawayers for the rest of the year but am still open to passing travelers who need a place to crash for night.
  The sailing will just be random day sailing, slow repairs but an Ardrino person is welcome. Still can teach and take a person for a couple of days who might want to come back later or is local.
  
  
  Sailing in Spain to date is just a couple of days here and there depending on the weather but we could sail around the world also.
  
  If the right crew was on board , I'd like to sail to France for a week or two, if I found the right team, I'd also like to take a boat I use in Croatia to Greece and maybe take some people from the islands there to the mainland and Sail generally around Greece also.

  Below is a mix of my Spanish and Croatia profile , depending on where I am and it's a little dated now as I've been back in Ireland for a year but am now going back to sailing life.
  
  I sail in spain, costa brava, winter time, it's more in the marina compared to living at anchor in Croatia.

  I bought the boat nearly fours years ago, never sailed but now I know the boat well and can sail enough but an extra person onboard would make all the difference. I want to teach and share this knowledge or learn more if you have experience. Sailing to Greece or just around the corner on sunny days is also good, what suits you!
  
  Just one person wanted, I think but maybe two seperate travels that match a bit, , small boat, come for a week trial , stay for a month, all good.
  
  I'm very easy going, like to read, swim and adventure.

  The anchoring is free in the Cala's this time of year and there is good sailing days for regular trips not so many over night trips maybe a few.
  we will learn to sail and be med hobo's or you can come and sail and hang out. I am easy out. With good attitude we learn all the time and here will be no different. There is books and people, bikes and fishing. It's empuriabrava, not so cultural but there are places near by. There is much to learn about boats and sailing and systems.

  Arbeit

  You can sail or is mechanical or electrical person and want to share your skill or you want to learn same and be a med hobo. To expand on this i need to service the engine, you can help teach or learn. So I becomes we; we need to check the sails, sow canvas, clean, oil, learn how to do rope splice,rigging, knots. Practice anchoring, double anchoring, man overboard. test and learn , research for plotters gps. climb the mast, fix and repair paint. Also daily chores, like swim and buy food, preparing meals.
  
  I'm polite, old school , and will do my best that your well hosted.

  Unterkunft

  you can have the V-berth, it's on suite,. I'll take the cabin. The marina is private and mostly retirees, thou i guess there will a few spring. The marina has showers and electricity. *this is for when i'm in spain , in Croatia, i have a mooring in KRK but am mostly out on the islands.
